BCEIA invites all researchers and scholars to submit their unpublished abstracts.

The conference seeks abstracts aligned with the conference theme. Please visit our website for more information.

Please submit your abstract online and ensure your intention to register for the conference.

Abstract Submission

 To submit an abstract, first register for the Academic Conference through the conference website: www.bceia.org.cn.

 Abstracts must be submitted via the online system, with selection of oral or poster.

 You are welcome to submit a maximum of 2 abstracts if desired. Duplicate submissions to different parallel Sessions of a single abstract are prohibited.

Abstract Preparation

 Please adhere to the abstract formatting template on the conference website’s personal page.  

Abstract handling

 All abstracts will go through a review process. Abstracts that fail to meet our criteria will be rejected without further notice. Abstract submissions reviewed and accepted will be included in the Conference Proceedings (electric format) released prior to the opening of the conference.

 Abstracts reviewed and approved will receive an Acceptance Notice, estimated, by August 10, 2025, via e-mail（review progress can be checked on the conference website’s personal page）.

Posters Instructions

 Display Board Size: Maximum 120 cm height x 90cm width

 Abstract Title: Font size shall be no less than 2.5 cm in height, and the layout should follow the order below:

 Abstract: Font size shall be no less than 1 cm in height.

 Tables & Graphics: The thickness of lines/borders appearing in tables and graphs shall be no less than 1 mm, and font size shall be no less than 5 mm in height.

 Please arrange for your poster printing.
